COACHING FOR FOUNDERS, LEADERS AND ENTREPRENEURS
Embark on a Journey towards authenticity and fulfilment
Shift from auto-pilot to leading yourself and others with intention and authenticity
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
You're a high achiever, a successful leader, yet something feels amiss
You are likely an entrepreneur, founder or a fast-growing leader
You desire to rediscover a leadership style true to you, embracing authenticity over prescribed "best practices."
You wish to reclaim the narrative of your life and leadership, moving from auto-pilot success to intentional fulfillment.
On paper, you are at the top of your game, yet pondering if there's more to life or “Is This it?”
You feel a disconnect between your achievements and your sense of purpose, leading to a loss of drive.
You question the alignment of your career with your values, feeling as if you're living someone else's definition of success.
You might be in the process of making a transition or contemplating one, feeling lost or uncertain about the how, when, or what.

"At the time, I was actively looking to transition from a fledgling freelance business to full-time work as a professional writer, researcher and creator. At an emotional level, I was interested in transforming negative self-talk and my vulnerabilities as an extroverted empath into my strength. Throughout our coaching association, Isha paid respectful attention to the information and feelings expressed by me. The biggest conspicuous reward for me was landing a job in my area of interest as a creative and writing professional."
— Aditi Malhotra, Writer & Journalist (ex-WSJ)
How we’ll work together
Start where you are. The coaching journey is unique to each person, so we will align on what you want to focus on during our time together and what you may need in each session.
Mindfulness. We will look at the challenges without judgement, understand your auto-pilot and explore the deeper belief systems, assumptions, emotions and thoughts with curiosity and compassion.
Exploration. Our journey will be marked by an open-minded exploration of your inner landscape to deepen your understanding of your strengths, inner obstacles, and blind spots. We will together explore offering new perspectives (rather than inclining on expert advice or best practices) while respecting and acknowledging your inner knowing.
Create your future vision. By getting clear on what you want for your future (at times, it may be focused on how you want to be/feel rather than what you want to “have”), you can start paving your own path towards an intentional life.
Experimentation. Embracing your unique style, we experiment with a range of options, and iterate / double down on the ones that show promise rather than “getting it right.”
Playfulness. Introducing play and lightness to the journey of self-exploration, and at times bringing lightness to difficult situations as well.
Hide nothing, hold nothing back. I like to come in with authenticity and realness and invite you to do the same, so we can be open and honest with each other, and also provide space to both our intuitions without hesitation.

Is this coaching for you?
This coaching is ideal if you're seeking to live and lead authentically, question and redefine beliefs, transition from fear-based to values-based living and lead with confidence, courage, and intuition. It may not be the right fit if you're looking for quick fixes, specific answers or purely performance-oriented coaching.

This is not a discovery session/sales call to talk about working together.
It’s an obligation free, deep dive into you and your world. If, and only if, by the end of the call we both feel excited by the idea of moving forward together, we will schedule a separate call to discuss further.

Therapy often looks at past and present to uncover the why of some patterns, and to treat mental health concerns. Coaching can be a great complement to therapy, but can’t replace it. Coaching is based in the present, and is future focussed. It can help you unlock your potential, see the possibilities around you and create impact through action and accountability

Ask your friends and colleagues for referrals. If you resonate with someone well, the chances that their referred coach might be a good fit for you
Do an introductory or a complimentary coaching session. Check how does it feel during the session and after the session and then, rely on your gut. Energy match matters a lot and if it doesn’t feel like a good match to you, it probably is not!

In principle, it’s not a requirement. A good coach can coach you through situations they haven't been through. They are there to hold space and help you find your own answers. They don’t need to have similar or more experience than you.
You already know everything in your world, and the coach can help you look at things with a new perspective.
BUT if you want it, it’s valid and you can have it!

At the beginning of each session, we will align on the expected outcome of the session and what you would like to focus on.
There’s no set format or framework, since the coaching relationships are completely individualised to meet you where you are.
I can brainstorm with you and generally be a sounding board/ mirror for you. At times, I may offer some suggestions or ideas based on my and my clients’ experience but you are entirely in driver seat to decide what you may commit to.
At the end of each session, you’ll have the opportunity to commit to next steps and/or intentions till our next session.

We would set an intention for the expected results as we start our work together. However, the outcome of your coaching journey depends on you - on the courage and openness you bring to our sessions and to the actions, reflections and experimentation you practice in between. My clients have experienced being more confident, finding more balance in life, figuring out their leadership styles (across giving feedback, coaching and mentoring, working on their interpersonal skills among others), taking sabbaticals

Really see me as a partner/ co-passenger on this journey
Show up with courage to talk about your fears, insecurities and vulnerabilities
Some of the real “work” will happen between our sessions, and unless you are committed to trying your best at that we may not make enough progress
