What started as a leadership development program and coaching journey to be a better leader in 2018, set me on a path to become a coach myself.
I'm an ICF-certified PCC Coach, with an extensive background in leadership, having worked in various executive roles across consulting, corporates and startups.
This wide range of experience has given me a deep understanding of how organisational cultures shift across companies, industries, and stages of maturity. This unique perspective plus a focus on curiosity and mindfulness shapes my coaching style and allows me to support leaders to lead from within.
